DELETION

1. Log in to Your Facebook Account
   • Visit Facebook and log in to your account using your credentials
2. Go to Your Facebook App Settings
   • Navigate to the "Settings & Privacy" section by clicking the downward arrow at the top right corner of the Facebook homepage.
   • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
   • On the left-hand side menu, click on "Apps and Websites."
3. Find and Select MEXEM
   • Under the "Active Apps and Websites" section, look for MEXEM.
   • Check the box next to MEXEM and click on the "Remove" button.
   • A confirmation window will pop up. Click on "Remove" again to confirm.
4. Deletion of Data from Our Servers
   • Once you have removed MEXEM from your Facebook account, your data will no longer be accessible through Facebook.
   • To fully delete your data from our servers, please email us at webmaster@mexem.com with the subject line "Request for Data Deletion."
   • Include your name and any identifying information (e.g., your username or registered email) so we can process your request promptly.
5. Confirmation of Deletion
   • Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and proceed to delete your data from our servers.
   • Once the deletion process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request.

Important Notes:

• Deleting your data is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
