How do monthly contributions work?

Monthly contributions are a way for you to consistently invest in your chosen portfolio. You decide the amount you want to invest every month, and we'll automatically deduct that amount from your linked bank account.

How are my funds invested?

Your funds are managed by our team of experienced portfolio managers. They carefully analyze market trends, economic indicators, and company performance to make informed investment decisions.

Can I change my monthly contribution amount or investment package?

Absolutely. You can adjust your monthly contribution amount or switch between different investment packages at any time.

How can I track the performance of my investments?

You can monitor the performance of your investments at any time through our secure online platform.

Where will my portfolio be held?

Interactive Brokers. You will remain the owner of the positions held in your Interactive Brokers account.

How will my portfolio be invested?

Your portfolio will be invested in assets which match model portfolios designed by WisdomTree. All the assets in your portfolio will be Exchange Traded Funds.

How much do you charge for managing my portfolio?

We charge an annual management fee of 1% which is calculated on a daily basis. The transaction costs will be 0.06% per trade.

How do I fund my account or transfer an existing portfolio?

You will be sent instructions on how to arrange a bank transfer. The minimum is €5,000 and there is no maximum.

How to connect MEXEM to TradingView

STEP 1

Create your MEXEM account.
Once activated and funded, go to the TradingView website.

Open Supercharts, go to the Trading Panel, select MEXEM, and sign in with your MEXEM account credentials.

Do I need a MEXEM account to use the integration?

Yes. You need an active MEXEM account before connecting through TradingView.

Can I trade directly from TradingView?

Yes. Once connected, you can trade from TradingView’s Supercharts interface.

Which markets and products can I access?

MEXEM’s TradingView lists access to instruments including stocks, futures, bonds and ETFs, subject to account type and regulatory permissions.

Can I connect my broker account on mobile?

Yes. In the TradingView mobile app, users can connect their MEXEM account from the chart tab by opening More and selecting Connected Broker.

What order types are supported?

MEXEM provides access to market, limit, stop, and stop-limit orders, and its TradingView profile also notes support for bracket orders.
