Complaints

Any complaints or grievances may be communicated by letter, telephone, fax or e-mail using the contact information provided above.

It is requested to indicate the name, contact details and a description of the concern. The customer will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of the complaint by letter, fax or email.

If the matter cannot be resolved in the customer's interest within two weeks of receipt, the customer will receive an interim response by letter, fax or email. Within four weeks of receipt, the customer will receive a final decision by letter, fax or email. If this is not possible, the reasons for this and the estimate of when the clarification is expected to be completed will be communicated.
