You cannot update SSN/ITIN/EIN information that has already been verified by the IRS.

If the IRS has not yet verified the SSN/ITIN/EIN information, you may update the information as follows:

  • Log in to Client Portal/Account Management
  • Select Settings followed by Account Settings
  • Find the User you wish to update under the Profile section and click the Info (“i”) icon to the left of the User Name
  • Scroll to the bottom of the User Information section and open your tax form by clicking on its name
  • Review the form. If the SSN/ITIN/EIN is incorrect, update the information and click UPDATE at the bottom of the form
  • Click CONTINUE to submit your request.

We will contact you if supporting documentation is required to approve your information change request. If not, we should process your request within 1-2 business days.
