Use the button above to log into Client Portal, select “Account Reopen” and follow the notifications to finalize the reopen request.

  • Please keep track of the email address on the account. Our Compliance team will contact you via email if additional documentation and/or clarification is needed
  • Once all documentation has been submitted and accepted, please allow time for the completion of the due diligence checks and application review
  • Once the review has been completed, you will receive an email notification informing you that you will have 45 days to submit the initial deposit or the account will be automatically closed
  • The username and password required to log in will remain the same as when the account was opened.

If your account application was started over 3 years ago, you must submit a new application from the MEXEM website.
