Use the button above or follow the steps below to configure your Message Center preferences:

  • Log in to Client Portal/Account Management
  • Click Messages
  • Click the Preferences (gear) icon in the upper right
  • The Message Preferences window will appear
  • Select a Primary and Secondary Preferred Language for messages using the drop-downs
  • For ticket inquiry delivery method, select either Message CenterTrader Workstation or E-mail or SMS (only a summary of the notification)
  • For general notices delivery method, which includes corporate action information, select either Message CenterTrader Workstation or E-mail
  • Click SAVE to save your changes.
