Use the button above or follow the steps below to configure your Message Center preferences:
- Log in to Client Portal/Account Management
- Click Messages
- Click the Preferences (gear) icon in the upper right
- The Message Preferences window will appear
- Select a Primary and Secondary Preferred Language for messages using the drop-downs
- For ticket inquiry delivery method, select either Message Center, Trader Workstation or E-mail or SMS (only a summary of the notification)
- For general notices delivery method, which includes corporate action information, select either Message Center, Trader Workstation or E-mail
- Click SAVE to save your changes.
